Jeptha Sheene Appointed to Grand Junction Comission on Arts and Culture

In 2011 Jeptha was honored to accept an appointment from the City Council to the 11 member volunteer board of the Grand Junction Commission on Arts and Culture.

Her extensive background in dance, theatre and art provide valuable expertise to the board which incudes a wide range of community leaders.

The Grand Junction Commission on Arts and Culture  is dedicated to developing the quantity, quality, and affordability of arts and culture for the citizens of the Grand Valley. Since 1990, the Commission on Arts and Culture has worked to support the Grand Valley's artistic resources and cultural activities. Their goal is to form strong, lasting, and dynamic connections with artists, arts organizations, businesses, government, and educational institutions throughout the City of Grand Junction.
