Market Your Grand Junction Home
My Marketing Commitment To You...Your Home Is My Product!
My goal, in marketing your home, is to expose it to the marketplace to reach the right buyer for your property. The following list is more than a plan; it is a promise of activities that will be performed to sell your home. My goal is to sell your home for the highest possible price in the shortest possible time!
-
Use print media, such as The Daily Sentinel, Grand Junction Free Press and Home guide.
-
Take advantage of RE/MAX's dominating presence in the area. RE/MAX has the largest presence on the Western Slope of Colorado and Mesa County. View the latest RE/MAX Premier Presence Mesa County sales figures.
-
RE/MAX© 4000 Inc. Connection Magazine: 50,000 copies are printed and distributed every 6 weeks. (15,000 are inserted in the Daily Sentinel with rotating zip codes and the balance are distributed through various drop spots including grocery stores, Chamber of Commerce, hotels, professional offices etc.)
-
Submit your property to the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) System and to the Broker Reciprocity System. The MLS system is a computer service which only real estate agents pay an annual membership fee to have access to use.
-
Post your home on multiple websites including: RE/MAX 4000, Inc., RE/MAX, Realtor.com, Yahoo Real Estate, my Grand Junction Homes website and many other Real Estate related websites to give your home maximum Internet exposure.
-
Place a sign in the yard with an attached brochure box.
-
Prepare color brochures to be place in the brochure box, in all outgoing relocation packages, and be distributed to all other agencies in town.
-
Create an individualized postcard for your property which will be mailed to my "sphere of influence" and additional postcards for you to give to friends and associates.
-
Conduct a virtual home tour for all agents in our office.
-
"Pitch" the property at weekly marketing meetings with a captive audience of RE/MAX agents. (RE/MAX 4000 continues to expand its presence in the Grand Valley area and is proud to announce the opening of RE/MAX 4000 West located in the Kokopelli complex in Fruita, Colorado.)
-
Hold open houses as your and my schedule permit (At seller's and agents option).
-
Create and post a virtual tour of your home for the Internet on TourFactory/HomeDebut and JustSnooping. (If advantageous to showing the property).
-
Consult with you on a weekly basis regarding marketing activity, showings, and new ideas for exposing the property to the market place.
Since accessibility is the key to selling your home the RE/MAX office maintains a 24-hour toll-free telephone number in addition to being open 7 days a week and most holidays. I am also available by cellular phone.
Please let me know your thoughts, I value your input and ideas.
